1. Introduction

Welcome to Rentaxle.com (“Rentaxle”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Rentaxle.com is an online vehicle rental marketplace and vehicle rental management platform that enables customers to search for and book rental vehicles and enables vehicle rental businesses to manage their vehicles, bookings, customers, pickup locations, drop-off locations and rental operations.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rentaxle.com, its websites, applications, booking services, business dashboards, integrations and associated features.

By accessing our website, registering an account, listing a vehicle, making a booking or using any Rentaxle service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the relevant services.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

“Platform”: The Rentaxle website, applications, dashboards, APIs and related services.
“Customer”: An individual or organisation searching for, enquiring about or booking a rental vehicle.
“Rental Provider”: An independent vehicle rental company or authorised vehicle owner listing vehicles through Rentaxle.
“Business Account”: An account used by a Rental Provider to manage its business operations through the Platform.
“Vehicle”: A car, van or other vehicle offered for rental through the Platform.
“Booking”: A reservation request or confirmed reservation for a Vehicle.
“Rental Agreement”: The separate agreement governing the actual rental between the Customer and the Rental Provider.
“User”: Any individual or organisation accessing or using the Platform.
“GPS Data”: Vehicle location, trip history, movement, mileage and other telematics information made available through supported tracking integrations.
“Services”: The marketplace, booking functionality, fleet management tools, integrations and other features provided through Rentaxle.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements imposed by applicable law and the relevant Rental Provider to use the booking services.

Certain vehicles may require additional qualifications, a valid driving licence, minimum driving experience or other documentation.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering an account or making a booking.

You must update your information when it changes. You must not impersonate another person, use false identification or create an account using information you are not authorised to provide.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

You must notify Rentaxle promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, compromised credentials or misuse of your account.

3.4 Account Verification

Rentaxle or a Rental Provider may request identity documents, driving licence details, business registration documents or other information reasonably necessary for verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance or rental eligibility.

Failure to provide required information may result in a booking being declined, suspended or cancelled, subject to applicable law and the relevant contractual terms.

4. Nature of the Platform

4.1 Marketplace Services

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rentaxle acts as a technology platform that enables Customers to discover and book vehicles offered by Rental Providers.

The actual rental may be supplied by the relevant Rental Provider under a separate Rental Agreement.

4.2 Independent Rental Providers

Rental Providers are responsible for their own vehicles, listings, pricing, rental conditions, insurance arrangements, vehicle maintenance, legal compliance and fulfilment of bookings.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Rentaxle is not the owner of the vehicles listed by independent Rental Providers and does not itself provide the physical rental service.

4.3 No Automatic Agency

A Rental Provider does not become an employee, partner, joint venture partner or agent of Rentaxle merely by listing vehicles on the Platform.

No Rental Provider may represent that it has authority to bind Rentaxle unless such authority has been expressly granted in writing.

4.4 Platform Information

Rentaxle may display information supplied by Rental Providers, including vehicle descriptions, photographs, specifications, availability, prices, pickup locations and rental conditions.

We take reasonable steps to support accurate listings but cannot guarantee that all information supplied by third parties is always complete, current or error-free.

4.5 Availability

Vehicle availability displayed on the Platform may change due to existing reservations, maintenance, operational restrictions or other circumstances.

A booking is not guaranteed merely because a vehicle appears in search results or is selected during the booking process. The applicable booking confirmation and payment conditions determine whether a reservation has been confirmed.

5. Vehicle Search and Booking

5.1 Search and Selection

Customers may search for vehicles using available criteria such as location, pickup date, return date, vehicle category, price and other supported filters.

Customers are responsible for checking the vehicle description, rental conditions, permitted usage, pickup location and additional charges before completing a booking.

5.2 Booking Information

When submitting a booking, the Customer must provide accurate information, including:

  • Pickup and return dates and times.
  • Pickup and drop-off locations.
  • Contact details.
  • Driver and licence information where required.
  • Any additional information reasonably requested for the rental.

5.3 Pickup and Drop-off Operating Hours

Where a Rental Provider specifies operating hours for a pickup or drop-off hub, the Platform may restrict available collection and return times to those operating hours.

Customers must select a time that is available for the selected location and comply with the confirmed pickup and return arrangements.

Any special arrangements outside normal operating hours must be expressly agreed by the Rental Provider.

5.4 Booking Status

The Platform may display booking statuses such as Pending, Booked, Scheduled, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed or No Show.

These statuses indicate the recorded state of a booking within the system. The exact transition between statuses depends on the booking workflow, payment status, timing and configured business rules.

A booking status does not override a separate Rental Agreement or applicable consumer protection laws.

5.5 Booking Confirmation

A booking will be considered confirmed when the applicable confirmation requirements have been met, as stated during checkout or in the relevant Rental Provider's conditions.

Where advance payment is required, confirmation may depend on successful payment. Where payment at pickup is permitted, confirmation may follow acceptance of the reservation by the Rental Provider.

Customers should retain their booking confirmation and reference number.

5.6 Booking Changes

Requests to change pickup times, return times, locations, vehicle types or rental durations are subject to availability and the Rental Provider's approval.

A change may result in additional charges, revised rental conditions or a new booking price.

No requested change is effective until it has been confirmed through the Platform or directly by the authorised Rental Provider.

6. Rental Provider Responsibilities

Rental Providers using Rentaxle agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle listings, descriptions, photographs and rental conditions.
  • Maintain the necessary ownership rights, authorisations and legal permissions to offer their vehicles for rental.
  • Ensure that vehicles are roadworthy, properly maintained and legally permitted to operate.
  • Maintain insurance and other legally required coverage appropriate to their rental operations.
  • Publish accurate pricing, deposits, mileage limits, fuel policies, late-return charges and other applicable fees.
  • Maintain accurate availability and booking records.
  • Honour confirmed bookings, subject to lawful cancellation rights and circumstances beyond reasonable control.
  • Provide accurate pickup and return instructions.
  • Verify driver eligibility and required documentation before handing over a vehicle.
  • Handle customer enquiries, rental fulfilment, refunds and disputes within their responsibilities.
  • Comply with applicable consumer protection, privacy, transport, licensing, insurance and tax requirements.
  • Ensure that their employees and authorised users access customer and vehicle information only for legitimate business purposes.

Rentaxle may investigate complaints regarding listings or Rental Provider conduct and may restrict access to the Platform where there is a reasonable basis to do so.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal, booking and driver information.
  • Hold a valid driving licence and satisfy the applicable rental eligibility requirements.
  • Review and accept the relevant Rental Agreement before taking possession of a vehicle.
  • Use the vehicle lawfully and in accordance with the Rental Provider's conditions.
  • Take reasonable care of the vehicle and its keys, accessories and documents.
  • Observe applicable road traffic laws, parking rules and vehicle restrictions.
  • Return the vehicle at the agreed location and time unless an extension has been approved.
  • Report accidents, damage, theft, breakdowns and other material incidents promptly.
  • Pay applicable rental fees, deposits, approved additional charges and other amounts properly due.
  • Avoid providing false documents, making fraudulent bookings or misusing another person's account.
Prohibited Vehicle Uses: Customers must not use a rental vehicle for unlawful purposes, unauthorised racing, prohibited commercial activities or any other use prohibited by the Rental Agreement or applicable law.

8. Pricing, Fees and Payments

8.1 Displayed Prices

Rental prices are determined by the relevant Rental Provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

The total amount payable may include rental charges, taxes, insurance charges, delivery fees, optional extras, deposits and other applicable fees.

Where practicable and required by law, applicable mandatory charges will be disclosed before the Customer completes the booking.

8.2 Payment Methods

Rentaxle may support payment methods such as credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, digital payment services or payment at the rental counter.

Available payment methods may vary by Rental Provider, location and booking type.

8.3 Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to the processing of payment information.

Rentaxle may receive transaction references, payment status and other information necessary to manage bookings and reconcile transactions.

8.4 Deposits and Security Holds

A Rental Provider may require a refundable security deposit, pre-authorisation or other security arrangement.

The amount, collection method, permitted deductions and refund timeline should be disclosed by the Rental Provider before the rental is completed.

A deposit may be applied only in accordance with the applicable Rental Agreement and law, including to cover properly chargeable damage, unpaid fees or other permitted liabilities.

8.5 Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed or is identified as potentially fraudulent, Rentaxle or the Rental Provider may suspend the relevant booking while the issue is investigated.

Any cancellation, refund or reinstatement will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and legal requirements.

8.6 Taxes and Currency

Prices may be displayed in the currency specified on the Platform. If a payment provider converts the amount into another currency, its exchange rate and applicable fees may apply.

Customers and Rental Providers remain responsible for taxes applicable to their transactions, as required by law and the relevant commercial arrangements.

8.7 Outstanding Amounts

Customers remain responsible for legitimate charges arising from their rental, including agreed late-return fees, additional mileage, tolls, parking charges, traffic penalties and damage charges, where applicable and lawfully imposed.

Rentaxle will not be responsible for independently imposed charges merely because a booking was made through the Platform.

9. Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds

9.1 Customer Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation through the available Platform functionality or by contacting the relevant Rental Provider.

The refund amount, if any, depends on the cancellation policy disclosed before booking, the applicable Rental Agreement and mandatory legal requirements.

9.2 Rental Provider Cancellations

A Rental Provider should not cancel a confirmed booking without a legitimate reason.

If a Rental Provider cannot supply the confirmed vehicle, it should notify the Customer promptly and, where reasonably possible, offer a suitable alternative or a refund in accordance with the applicable terms and law.

9.3 Late Arrival and No-Show

Customers must arrive within the agreed pickup time or notify the Rental Provider if they expect to be late.

If a Customer fails to collect the vehicle within the applicable grace period, the booking may be marked as a No Show and may be cancelled according to the disclosed booking policy.

Any forfeiture or cancellation fee must be consistent with the applicable Rental Agreement and law.

9.4 Late Returns

Customers must return the vehicle at the agreed time and location.

A late return may result in additional rental charges, subject to the Rental Provider's disclosed policy. Customers should request an extension before the scheduled return time.

An extension is effective only when approved by the Rental Provider.

9.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably practicable, unless another method is agreed or required by law.

The time required for the refund to appear in the Customer's account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

9.6 Booking Disputes

Customers should first contact the Rental Provider regarding vehicle condition, service quality, cancellation charges or rental-specific issues.

Rentaxle may assist with communications or review relevant booking records but does not guarantee that every dispute will be resolved in favour of either party.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Vehicle Condition, Accidents and Insurance

10.1 Vehicle Inspection

Customers should inspect the vehicle at pickup and document any existing damage, defects, fuel level, mileage and relevant accessories.

Any pre-existing damage should be reported to the Rental Provider before departure.

The Rental Provider should maintain appropriate vehicle condition and handover records.

10.2 Accidents and Damage

If a vehicle is involved in an accident, theft, breakdown or other material incident, the Customer must take reasonable steps to protect people and property, contact emergency services where necessary, and notify the Rental Provider promptly.

Customers must comply with applicable reporting requirements and the Rental Agreement.

10.3 Insurance Coverage

Insurance coverage, exclusions, deductibles, excess amounts and permitted drivers are determined by the relevant insurance policy and Rental Agreement.

Customers must review the applicable insurance conditions before taking possession of the vehicle.

Rentaxle does not independently guarantee insurance coverage for every vehicle or booking.

10.4 Responsibility for Loss

Responsibility for damage, loss, theft, third-party claims and other incidents will be determined under the applicable Rental Agreement, insurance policy and law.

Nothing in these Terms makes a Customer automatically liable for damage where such liability is not established under the applicable agreement or law.

11. GPS Tracking and Vehicle Telematics

11.1 Availability of Tracking Services

Rentaxle may offer integrations with third-party GPS tracking and telematics providers, including Protrack or other compatible systems where supported.

These integrations may allow authorised Rental Providers to access vehicle locations, trip records, mileage, vehicle status or other available tracking information.

11.2 Authorisation

Only the vehicle owner, authorised Rental Provider or other person with appropriate authority may connect a tracking account or grant access to vehicle tracking data.

Users must not connect third-party accounts or access tracking information without permission.

11.3 Tracking Data

The availability, accuracy, frequency and retention of GPS Data depend on the tracking device, third-party provider, connectivity, configuration and integration.

Rentaxle does not guarantee uninterrupted GPS coverage or the accuracy of every location reading.

GPS information should not be treated as conclusive evidence of an incident without appropriate verification.

11.4 Privacy and Lawful Use

Rental Providers are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any consents or other lawful authorisations required for the collection and use of personal data through vehicle tracking.

GPS Data must be used only for legitimate, authorised purposes, such as fleet management, vehicle security, maintenance and permitted rental operations.

Users must not use GPS Data for unlawful surveillance, harassment, unauthorised tracking of individuals or other prohibited purposes.

11.5 Third-Party Tracking Services

GPS tracking integrations may be subject to the relevant third-party provider's availability, terms, privacy policy and technical requirements.

Rentaxle is not responsible for outages, changes or failures originating from a third-party tracking service, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Business Accounts and User Permissions

12.1 Business Registration

Rental Providers must provide accurate business information and any documents reasonably required to establish their identity and authority to list vehicles.

Rentaxle may reject, suspend or request additional verification for a Business Account where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or platform integrity.

12.2 Authorised Users

Business administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions to employees and other users.

Each authorised user must use the Platform in accordance with their assigned access rights.

Business administrators should promptly remove access for users who leave the business or no longer require access.

12.3 Business Data

Rental Providers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they upload, including vehicle listings, employee details, customer records, rental documents and GPS-related information.

Rental Providers must ensure that their collection, disclosure and use of customer and employee data complies with applicable privacy laws.

12.4 Business Account Suspension

Rentaxle may restrict or suspend a Business Account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorised data access, serious misuse, repeated failure to honour bookings or material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, Rentaxle will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

13. Platform Availability and Technical Limitations

Rentaxle aims to maintain reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades.
  • Hosting, network or internet disruptions.
  • Third-party API or integration failures.
  • Payment gateway outages.
  • Security incidents.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, commercial or legal reasons.

Where practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect users.

14. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services for payments, maps, GPS tracking, identity verification, messaging, notifications and other functionality.

Your use of these services may be subject to separate third-party terms and conditions.

Rentaxle does not control all aspects of third-party systems and cannot guarantee their continued availability, accuracy or compatibility.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to connect third-party accounts and share the relevant information.

If an integration is disconnected, the Platform may no longer receive new information from that service.

15. Intellectual Property

15.1 Platform Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, Rentaxle and its licensors retain their respective rights in the Platform, including software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, interfaces, documentation and other proprietary materials.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Platform or its intellectual property to you.

15.2 Limited Licence

Subject to these Terms, Rentaxle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Platform except where expressly permitted by law or authorised in writing.

15.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content and information you lawfully provide to the Platform, subject to the rights of third parties.

You grant Rentaxle a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, display and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide the requested services, maintain security and fulfil contractual obligations.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the content.

15.4 Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Platform, Rentaxle may use that feedback to improve its services without payment or restriction, provided this does not override any mandatory legal rights.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
  • Provide false identity, driving licence, vehicle or business information.
  • List vehicles without appropriate authority.
  • Circumvent booking, payment or security controls.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or restricted business data.
  • Interfere with Platform security, availability or performance.
  • Upload malware, malicious code or harmful content.
  • Scrape, harvest or collect data through unauthorised automated methods.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform except where legally permitted.
  • Misuse customer information, GPS Data or third-party account credentials.
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against or defraud other users.
  • Use the Platform to facilitate vehicle theft, unauthorised subletting or other prohibited activity.
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with Rentaxle or another Rental Provider.
  • Use the Platform in a manner that violates applicable laws or infringes another person's rights.

Rentaxle may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting access or suspending an account.

17. Disputes Between Customers and Rental Providers

Rental disputes may arise concerning vehicle availability, vehicle condition, payment, deposits, cancellations, late returns, insurance, damage or service quality.

The Customer and Rental Provider are responsible for complying with their Rental Agreement and applicable law.

Rentaxle may facilitate communication, provide relevant booking records or assist with dispute resolution where appropriate. However, unless expressly agreed otherwise, Rentaxle is not a party to the underlying vehicle rental agreement and does not guarantee a particular dispute outcome.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from pursuing any remedy available under applicable law.

18. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis.
  • Rentaxle does not guarantee that every listing, vehicle description, availability record or third-party service will be accurate or uninterrupted.
  • Rentaxle does not independently inspect or certify every vehicle listed by independent Rental Providers.
  • Rentaxle does not guarantee the conduct, financial standing, legal compliance or performance of independent Customers or Rental Providers.
  • Rentaxle does not guarantee the accuracy or uninterrupted operation of third-party GPS tracking, mapping, payment or other integrated services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, representation or statutory protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rentaxle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from the use of the Platform.

Subject to applicable law, Rentaxle will not be responsible for losses arising solely from:

  • A Rental Provider's failure to supply a vehicle or perform a rental agreement.
  • A Customer's breach of a Rental Agreement.
  • Third-party payment, GPS or other external service failures.
  • Inaccurate information supplied by users or third parties.
  • Unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their credentials.
  • Events beyond Rentaxle's reasonable control.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, Rentaxle's aggregate liability arising from a claim relating to the Platform will be limited to the amount, if any, paid directly to Rentaxle for the specific Platform service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event, or S$100 if no such payment was made, whichever is greater.

This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. It does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including applicable non-excludable consumer rights or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where exclusion is prohibited.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify Rentaxle and its officers, employees and service providers against third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising directly from:

  • Your material breach of these Terms.
  • Your unlawful use of the Platform.
  • Your infringement of another person's rights.
  • Your fraudulent conduct or material misrepresentation.
  • Your unauthorised disclosure or misuse of personal information.
  • Your violation of applicable law.

This clause does not require you to indemnify Rentaxle for losses caused by Rentaxle's own breach, negligence or misconduct to the extent such an obligation would be unlawful.

21. Suspension and Termination

21.1 User Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with the available account procedures.

Outstanding bookings, payments, disputes and legal obligations may need to be resolved before certain account information can be deleted.

21.2 Suspension by Rentaxle

Rentaxle may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, protect users, maintain security, comply with law or address a material breach of these Terms.

Where reasonably practicable, Rentaxle will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

21.3 Termination

Rentaxle may terminate access where a material breach remains unresolved, unlawful activity is identified, continued access creates a significant security risk or continued provision of the service is no longer reasonably practicable.

21.4 Effect of Termination

Termination does not automatically cancel an existing Rental Agreement or remove payment obligations already incurred.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, outstanding liabilities, privacy, dispute resolution and any other provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply to the extent necessary.

22. Force Majeure

Rentaxle will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform obligations to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, widespread network failures, major cyber incidents or failures of essential third-party infrastructure.

The affected party should take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact and resume performance when reasonably practicable.

This clause does not remove any mandatory refund, consumer protection or other obligation imposed by applicable law.

23. Privacy and Personal Data

Your use of Rentaxle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained and protected.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

Rental Providers must independently ensure that their collection and use of personal information, including driving licence details and GPS Data, is lawful.

Where Singapore law applies, the parties must comply with applicable requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), as amended, and other relevant legislation.

24. Notices and Electronic Communications

You agree that Rentaxle may communicate with you electronically through email, account notifications, SMS or other supported channels for booking confirmations, service announcements, security alerts and other legitimate purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining current contact information and reviewing important notices.

Electronic communications and records may be used as evidence of bookings, instructions, confirmations and other transactions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

25. Amendments to These Terms

Rentaxle may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, business operations, integrations or applicable legal requirements.

The updated Terms will be published on Rentaxle.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required by law, we will provide advance notice or obtain consent before implementing changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree with a material change, you should stop using the affected services and contact us regarding any existing bookings or obligations.

26. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Singapore, unless mandatory provisions of another applicable jurisdiction require otherwise.

The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through discussion and written communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the competent courts of Singapore, subject to mandatory jurisdictional rules and applicable consumer protection rights.

Nothing in this clause prevents a party from seeking urgent legal relief where appropriate.

27. General Provisions

27.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable booking conditions and any relevant Rental Agreement, form the agreement governing your use of the Platform, subject to their respective scope and applicable law.

27.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

27.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.

27.4 Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Rentaxle's prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

Rentaxle may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business restructuring, merger or transfer of the relevant service, subject to applicable legal requirements.

27.5 Third-Party Rights

Except where expressly stated or required by law, a person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them under the Singapore Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.

27.6 Language

These Terms may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
